Contradição is a monovarietal (100% Alvarinho). This wine is fermented and aged in very old barrels for 7 months, after which it spends 1 year in the bottle. This wine is intended as a tribute to the founders of PROVAM. In contradiction with the times they lived in, they embarked on an adventure that has lasted for more than 25 years.
